Just to let you know, linoleic acid is an omega 6 fatty acid, not an omega 3 (under product description).

Consistency is key
I have to agree with some of the other reviews about patience. This obviously does not work right away or not even in a months time. I think consistently is key. I started taking this a month ago and it did absolutely nothing as far as weight loss. However, now Iâm on my second bottle, and this is month two, and Iâm starting to see some weight loss, albeit slowly. I guess it takes a few months for this to get working which means you canât give up after 30 days. I realize the cost can add up if you need to take it for months to see results, but I honestly am starting to see results.

I didn’t lose drastically, but it did help me with craving of sugar and curved my appetitie. I at least lost 8lbs. Would continue to use because I don’t reach for junk food to eat.

So I want to start off by saying I lose weight very slowly: I have insulin resistance. On top of that I have a sports injury that requires 6+ months of absolutely no exercise (even the lightest!).However this product coupled with green tea extract really helps me keep weight OFF, as well as gradually (very slowly) lose fat mass. BUT CLA takes 2-3 months to start taking effect so keep that in mind if you’re interested.This is 1 of the CLA supplements where I felt the effectiveness without imbalance in my hormonal levels (I’m female).
