OMG, these weights are amazing! I love the side handle! It helps keep my hands relaxed when holding them and prevents my hands from cramping. I also like the resistance these weights create in the pool. They are solid and lightweight to carry but are a beast in the water! I am very pleased with these weights, and I’m loving the results. Oh, another thing I like is that they don’t soak up water and become spongy, so they don’t cause puddling or leave a trail of water.I also love that they came with two weights in a set, and for a great price!When I’m done with my workout, I just rinse them off and let them air dry!This is a great set of weights to add to your pool workout equipment! I’m very pleased that I have these!
