    Not What I was Expecting – No Pictures
    To be honest I haven’t really looked at the recipes much. I guess in my mind I was expecting a cookbook with pictures of, if not all then at least some of the recipes, but this book does not have any. Totally my bad for ordering it though, as always, the seller could help themselves more by including a better description of the product with more pictures. I requested and got a refund for it, though weirdly Amazon didn’t refund my credit card, but gave me a gift card balance for the amount. This was a bit confusing because the website said it was refunded to my credit card, and after a couple of weeks and I didn’t see the credit, it took a bit or research to see that it was actually done with a gift card. Maybe an area for Amazon to be a bit clearer on their website!

    2100 easy recipes all geared for a healthier life that takes in the most important part of our bodies, the heart. The heart is what keeps us going and this cookbook, yes chock-full of great information, has a healthier diet for our hearts to better our loves. My husband had heart surgery 6-7 years ago and has to be extra careful even though the surgery was a success. These recipes sound delicious and are perfect to help my husband and even myself and our kids love long, healthier lives. This book should definitely be on your to get list.

The peanut butter dip with apples is also a fun and easy option to settle my afternoon-but-not-yet-dinner cravings.
