Although I don’t have special chemicals or a microscope to objectively test the Acetyl-L-Carnitine I think it has a higher concentration of ALCAR than other brands I have tried. Also it seemed another brand caused me to have a runny nose.

After posting the first review, the seller contacted with a very helpful attitude and concerned about my health and safety with the product. They asked me details about my side effects and offered a full refund. I did not expect this and it was a very pleasant experience. As I explained in my first review, I have IBS, and basically most of the supplements as well as several foods cause me digestive issues. This supplement, was recommended by my dermatologist, who’s one of the best in the state, to manage joint and muscle pain caused by Accutane. She was very direct when recommending this exact brand. There is good research showing the effectiveness of this product on patients on Accutane experiencing muscle and joint pain, so this is really a reliable supplement! I can’t finish this now, except to say, I really don’t know if this multiple vitamins are working for me, can’t ask Amazon, but I still appreciate most of Amazon’s Customer Service people that helps Me and Brandy being best to try getting help from Thorne Research! Even they’re not the ones who does the research.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought it to help burn more fat as part of my goal to lose 30 kg, and I heard that L-Carnitine could be helpful. At first, I was only taking one pill before training, but after doing some research, I found out I might need two pills (1,000 mg) per day for full benefits. Now I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon before training. It does seem to give me a bit of energy, but I’m not sure if it’s a noticeable difference yet. I’ll keep using it and hope to see more results over time.
