Practical to use
it came in a small box and once you get it you need to assemble, it is not heavy and easy to use and come with a big paper with what can be done, the only bad thing is that it does not come with a routine.

I love it!
I have just recently started to a bit more of a workout, especially at home. Itâs versatile, which I love! Itâs got a poster of different ways to do a complete workout. Itâs easy to put together, comfortable, and well made. Itâs not too heavy and able to travel with it (which I will do more of throughout the summer and just pack it into the suitcase). Definitely recommend it!

Excellent product, outstanding customer care
This is an amazing workout tool, you must follow instructions for best results. I see a difference in muscle after a few days. One ankle strap was missing , I contacted the company directly and 2 days later they sent a whole new set up. Whether a beginner or expert looking to tone or gain muscle, hands down , this is a great set!!!! Great customer service!!!!!

Seems good for the price but kit is missing an item
Ordered this kit as I need to do some resistance exercises for conditioning. Has a lot of parts for a variety of options. It is quite sturdy and functional.The length of the resistance bands seem to be a bit too much for a person of height 5′ 5″ but maybe I need to adjust it more. I have it at the shortest but it still seems a bit loose to me. Have only tried a few exercises. Maybe I can update once I progress to using it better.Giving it 3 stars for now, as the door anchor is missing and I have received no answer from their support till now. Will update if I hear back after this.

So worth it!! I have taken Pilates classes here and there and I feel just as challenged with this set up , Iâm 5â1 and it adjusts perfect for me!!!! Bc of my spinal disease I canât go as hard as I used to in the gym, this is definitely worth the buy, so happy with my purchase and I look forward to the results!!!

Versatility and ease of use
When I ordered this I figured it was either a gimic or might be helpful in one of the ways advertised. After attempting 2 times my opinion is settled. The 2 ways to adjust the bar and handles is easy and the moves are smooth but also an added level of resistance. There are ways to increase the resistance by shortening the straps or doubling the cords or using higher resistance cords. The set also offers a door resistance attachment which works excellent too. It is also possible to have 2 people working out at the same time using the leg straps and door attachment while the other is using the bar and handles.Ways to make workout more intense include increasing repetitions or adding resistance.As a fan of pilates and their gentle and efficient results I am completely satisfied. Portability, it is completely collapsible in travel bag and easy to assemble and adjust person to person. Gyms are not in our budget so this is a blessing to work on our bone density and muscle strength as we age. My husband is 5′ 9″ and I am 5′ 5″.

I really like this idea. For the price, you do get a wide array of exercises. I found a lot of videos on Youtube for pilates bar. Especially the door frame option is very handy. I take the door strap and a couple of bands with me while travelling and it works great. The bar exercises are a bit awkward as the bar is long but you get used to it. One thing to watch out for is your height. I am 5’10” and this is maxed out at that height. They clearly state that in the description but just confirming that yes, you will not able to use the higher level bands for standing exercises where full extension is required. They just don’t stretch far enough. But paying $50 for this set was well worth it and I recommend it

This is so compact and perfect to pack in a bag and keep your exercise routine going while travelling. It has great resistance and I can feel my muscles working each time.

I havenât had a chance to workout with the bar yet but I am impressed with what I have seen so far. All of the materials are well made and the box came with everything in it. The only thing that I would say that would make it better at this moment is if the worksheet was laminated. 4 stars for now but Iâm sure that itâll be a 5 once I try it.

Absolutely love it! I work from home so I can take breaks throughout the day to get a quick workout in, which is what I have been doing since I got my Pilates bar kit in late April! So no excuses not to exercise any more. BIG plus, itâs helped reduced my stress levels and I am already seeing and feeling the results!Itâs easy to set up and I just follow the poster that has a variety of illustrated moves.Must point out that when I first got the Pilates bar kit, the middle piece to extend the bar did not screw into the connecting piece. I immediately reported it to the supplier, and within 3-days I received a brand new kit! I could not believe it! Such great customer service!
