Just Started using, flavor gummies is good and yes it will have you sweating like crazy if you do anything strenuous. Remember don’t take to late at night.

This is third flavor I tried and I think itâs the best flavor wise. I donât see a huge difference in my figure but a lot of other people at my gym have which is good but me seeing a huge difference not much as Iâve only been doing this for 3 months and see myself everyday but I will continue to update as I see my progress. But I have lost weight and inches around my waist thatâs for sure. Overall great product so far !
