    I am a journal planner junkie….but….
    This one I actually use!! This Wellness planner is well made. The paper is thick and the wellness journal is put together well. I have countless other journal planners that I simply don’t keep up with. Mainly other journals have so much information they try to cram in…This one is straight forward and totally doable for an ADHD person like myself.I am a person that wants ALL the changes and self improvement immediately. This wellness journal has taught me that change is a process and I small changes make bigger change.Now, logically, I know this, but putting it into action was something I couldn’t do.This wellness journal helps me stay accountable. It isn’t filled with tons of things to fill out daily….it hits on the important stuff.I like that I can look back and see my growth…because this one I actually fill out and enjoy using. It is very motivating!If you are a list, journal, planner junkie that never keeps up with them….then this wellness journal is your answer!I intend to buy more as they are very practical to give as gifts. They are well made and super cute. The paper and cover feel very high quality.Get this wellness journal!

    Great planner for wellness journey
    The layout of the planner is great. It’s a spiral binder, making it easy to turn the pages and easier to write in the planner. I also love the quality of the planner, great value for the price. I love the different sections within the planner. I am on a wellness journey and this planner is a big help to me in achieving that goal. It allows me to track my daily wellness and even future goal planning. I came across this planner by happenstance and I am so glad I did. Looking forward to my wellness journey with my new favorite planner.

    Invaluable
    I purchased this for my daughter in law who will have cancer surgery in a few weeks. As a mother of three toddlers, she always puts her family before herself. I’m so happy I found this because, if she’ll use it, it’ll help her track her recuperation; giving her ideas on setting health goals and other things that will hopefully bring her peace while she fights the fight of her life. The book is easy to use, functional, laid out in a common sense fashion, designed with lovely pages that encourage one to fill them in, all in a convenient size to grab whenever the spirit moves you. I’m hoping this will be a key element in her healing.

    My sister chose this one and I got the black version.. both have been a blessing thus far! We’ve bought our fair share of wellness journals, and most of them have been a letdown—either too complicated, not enough space to write, or just cheaply made. This one? Absolutely nailed it.🌟 Easy to Use, No Fluff – Some planners try to do too much, making it hard to stick with. This one keeps things simple but effective, with prompts that actually make you stop and think without feeling like homework.🖊 No More Ink Bleed-Through – I love using markers and gel pens, and the thicker paper holds up perfectly. No more ugly smudges or ruining the next page!💡 Keeps You Motivated – I actually look forward to filling this out each day. It’s not overwhelming, but it’s structured enough to keep me on track with my goals and self-care.Lastly, the design and layout is very user-friendly so my sister and I have had no issues at all using both of the wellness planners this company offers. It’s also very affordable compared to others that we literally bought and used once..If you’ve been disappointed by other wellness planners, give this one a shot.
