Nice and thick – A game changer for a 60 year old
At the age of 60, I’ve started working out at home–strength training, mobility exercises, yoga and jump roping–and realized I needed a mat with more cushioning, as my thin yoga mat wasn’t enough for my knees (kneeling). This mat is working out GREAT! I like the big size, although the length and width are each 2″ shorter than advertised. It’s also working out great as a jump-roping mat; I just hope it lasts, as the rope is pretty brutal on surfaces.I was looking for a mat that didn’t slip, especially when jump roping. I use this mat on top of a thin carpet, and for the most part it stays in place. It moves slightly, but doesn’t bunch up or otherwise interfere with my workout.Now, the mat had a very strong chemical smell right out of the packaging. I hung it outside for several days and that helped, although it’s still off-gassing. The smell seems to be slowly going away. I’ve been using a yoga mat on top of this mat so I’m not smelling–and tasting (yes, I can taste the smell of the chemicals)–as much.

Good thickness
Perfect, I love it! It had the right amount of thickness I wanted, pretty color and im happy it comes with the carry-strap. Doesn’t have a strong odor either. I also thought the brands logo in pink on the box and tape was a super cute touch to their packaging!

The mat is just the right length. It works well for me as I do my therapy stretches. Just wish it had a tie wrap or velcro wrap as the attached elastic band to hold it rolled up us hard for me to use with my arthritic hands.

Perfect size; love the colors
I was surprised that I was able to find such a wide and thick mat at a great value! I love the color, and the mat is so comfortable. Itâs perfect! Itâs also very light which was surprising. It isnât very durable. My cats immediately sunk their claws in while I was stretching, but I cannot complain due to the price. If you want a durable mat, you have to fork over some cash. This is perfect, especially considering the price point, so I give it 5 stars and I do recommend.

Length is 70″, not 72″
This mat is not 72 inches long, it is 70″ long. I agree with others that it is as thick as described & comfortable , but it is difficult to roll up tight enough to use the included carry strap. Also, the top layer is too soft. I used this mat for a gentle yoga routine for the first time today & when I got up off of the mat, could see the impression of my bra clasp in mat, the impression was made through a tee shirt, not direct contact with mat. I’m hoping this will eventually spring back, but it’s been over an hour & I can still see it.

is soo cute and really soft. good size im 5ft and itâs comfortable. it stays in place so itâs not moving around everywhere which i like. i use it to stretch and it has a good thickness. overall i really like it.
