Uncle Kermit’s wild ride
Well hello there, kids! Uncle Kermit here, and does he have a ribbit-ing story for you today about his new best friend—the FITINDEX Vibrating Foam Roller!So, let him set the scene. Just last week, Aunt Piggy was having a little too much fun on his lap, bouncing around like a pogo stick. Poor Uncle Kermy woke up the next day feeling like a pretzel! You see, his back just couldn’t take it, and standing up straight was out of the question. So, what did he do? he hopped online and ordered himself this nifty foam roller!Fast-forward a couple of days, and guess what? His new little buddy arrives from Amazon! He was so excited he could hardly contain himself. He opened the box, and right at that moment, Aunt Piggy walked in. Now, when she saw that foam roller, her eyes got as big as saucers and a big smile spread across her face. But hold on—before he could explain, she thought it was something else entirely! “No, no, babe! This is for Big Kerm’s back!” he said, trying to save the day.Well, let’s just say, once he assured her that Uncle Kermy would put that big smile back on her face later, he got right to work. And let me tell you, kids, that FITINDEX roller is a game-changer! With four vibration speeds ranging from 1400 to 2600 RPM, it felt like a gentle frog massage all over his sore spots. A little harder than expected, but good roller

My favorite roller
I have three rollers, and two different types of vibrating ones. This one is the best. I really like that it is the size (larger 6″ diameter) and material of a regular foam roller – firm, with a little softness to the texture (no give, but a softer texture). I also like the longer length, which is perfect for rolling your hips around on it. The vibration, though not as high frequency of my other roller, is perfect, and tends to penetrate into my tissue through the foam (thus higher amplitude) better and be more effective at relaxing tight muscles.I find my other roller is too small diameter, the hard rubberized plastic and knobby texture is not very comfortable, and most of the vibration transfers into my floor, rather than my body.It’s less portable, and has an old school charging cable, but if your on the fence, I recommend this one. I love this roller for relaxing my crossfit induced aching muscles.

This little guy is so versatile.
As others have posted, its effect relieves tense muscles when applied to various body parts. I put it on my lap when I am at my computer, and shift it to my forearms to relieve the mouse strain. I also flip it around to my shoulders to relieve tension there too.If I remember to bring it home, I tuck it under a bed pillow in my bed before sleep, the lull of vibration it makes throughout the mattress is very relaxing.
