Great jump rope. I just wish the handles had a collar on the end so when my hands sweat I don’t lose grip. Due to the rope weight you have to be careful you don’t lose grip.

Amazing product but not for beginners
I can lift 50 lbs easily despite my recent sedentary life style but with that said, this thing was impossible to swing like a jump rope without risk of injury. Like one smack in the head and youâre injured and itâs a lot of strain on the wrists and palms. It doesnât have handles allowing the rope to spin. Other than that I love it, itâs just too heavy duty for the average person. I wish they made a more narrow and lighter size for beginnersâ¦like for women like me with small hands and wrists. Itâs just too hard to actually steadily jump rope with due to the weight, circumference and lack of handles.For reference, Iâm 5â3.5â and 195 lbs and can deadlift 180. I hope they eventually make a thinner & lighter version for beginners: 0.5-1.5 lbs.

This jump rope almost put me on one knee, I can jump rope for 10 minutes straight with a speed rope but this one will make you work for that 10 minutes.

Brutal workout as it should be
This is alot harder than it looks! Kicked my A$$ first few times as I wasnt prepared as I should have been. But in time I got used to swinging it, jumping high enough to clear it, and keeping my hands/wrist/and grip all engaged. Gets heart rate up fast!!!Note: If you see the light or hear the fat lady singing, stop immediately as youâre dying. Yes you can get THAT light headed doing this!
