Great Set of Exercise Bands
This is a great set of exercise bands, particularly for the money. Very similar to the ones I use at my local club only I can use them in the privacy of my garage! Love the handles, very friendly to your hands. The different resistance pounds makes the very versatile and also to ankle straps can add a routine to your exercise regiment. Now have not used them that long but I don’t see why they will not last for a while. Hoping to get a couple of years out of them.

These WHATAFIT resistance bands have been an awesome addition to my home gym setup! The variety of resistance levels makes them great for everything from light stretching to strength training. I love that they come with handles, ankle straps, and a door anchorâsuper versatile for full-body workouts.The materials feel high-quality and durable, and the bands have held up really well so far. Iâve used them for upper body, lower body, and core training without any issues. Plus, the whole set is compact and easy to store or travel with.The only small downside for me is that Iâm 5 feet tall, so the bands are just a bit long for certain exercisesâbut Iâve been able to work around it by adjusting my stance or doubling the band. Still 100% worth it!Highly recommend if youâre looking for an affordable, effective workout option at home!

easy to use for a great workout: legs, arms, back, shoulders, abs, lats, very good and useful.definitely will get muscles working and strong if used at least several times a week and at least ten minutes each.dont toss these in the closet when you get sore muscles. no. keep exercising. work through the soreness. you will feel soo glad you kept going!

I was very satisfied with the product, price and process. I did however have one of the bands break after using it for a few months. This is not a review to criticize the product but to point out the customer service was excellent, above and beyond. Although the return period had expired, when I contacted the seller, Chen had no issue with replacing the broken band and I received it within a week. I would recommend and use this seller again.
